Meet The Owners

La Conner is a unique artistic community within Washington, and it’s just minutes from many parks and only a short drive from both Seattle and Vancouver.  It’s a great place to live and to visit.

Raven’s Cup owners Jenelle and Greg loved it so much, they moved here!

Jenelle Whitton is an artist, and a barista who has worked for large and small coffee companies.  Originally from Nevada, Jenelle has lived all over the US.  She permanently settled in Washington to be close to her adult children, who have each relocated here.

Greg Whiting is an entrepreneur and photographer whose family has lived in Washington for more than 120 years.  Greg has worked for almost 30 years in the energy field, and continues to be involved in the development of advanced energy technologies.  He has lived all over both the US and Canada, and also returned to Washington permanently to be closer to family.

Raven’s Cup Coffee and Art Gallery is a relaxed PNW environment great for both local residents and visitors to relax, sip coffee and tea while enjoying art.

The shop with the best coffee in La Conner became available when the previous owners decided to retire.  They had identified world-class suppliers of coffee, chocolates, caramels and tea, and we’re pleased to continue to offer all of these choices in La Conner…along with some new items from the same suppliers.
